1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 Business Days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your shipping details.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.
Available shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping (if available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable)
Shipping options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping method, and delivery location.
Examples:
- Standard Shipping: INR 49
- Express Shipping: INR 89
- Free Shipping on orders above INR 999 (if applicable)
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.
- A tracking number.
- A tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- High order volumes
- Courier operational delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before being resent.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping information after placing an order. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Take clear photos of the package and its contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
10. International Shipping
At this time, StrikeReble ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand our services in the future.
